There are no “tattoo schools” that I know of, and if there were such a thing I think I would be wary of them. You’re going to get a much more fulfilling learning experience from an apprenticeship than you ever would from a silly school.
Right now, you should be building your art portfolio and getting as much good art in there that you can. When you are 18, then go ask shops for an apprenticeship. You might have to ask 100 shops before someone says yes, but if your art is good enough then you’ll get one. Your mentor will then teach you everything there is to know about tattooing.

but most artist coming out of them are looked down upon..by professional shops…
