Well, me and my ex are wanting to get a tattoo together. I’m getting started back into weightlifting and concerned what it would do to the tattoo after I got bigger. Would it stretch it and make it look deformed? It will be on my upper bicep or chest.

well unless you grow alot bigger than you are you should be alright but if u get 2 big then it will stretch and fade.
my advise get a bold clear tatoo so if it does stretch it wont be noticable.
