What Makeup Is The Best To Cover A Tattoo?

It’s really dark but I really need it gone just for a few hours, everything is smudging or you can still see the tattoo through it. What can I use?

Or Kat Von D stuff.. Though I haven’t heard many reviews. And that picture of her was not very convincing at all. All smudgy.
