Me and my husband are looking to get a tattoo together. Something that can share the love we feel for each other. But nothing tacky like getting our names on each other. Any suggestions?

Any specific memories, in jokes, things like that that you share? Could you derive an image from any of those? For example you fell in love on an amazing holiday – get the national flower of that country for example (or something more unisex perhaps ha). Think outside the box! A subtle reference to a joke you’ve shared together over the years? Perhaps something more simple like your wedding date or meeting date in roman numerals. Or if you have a look on many of the quotations websites you’ll find on google, see if there are any quotes that stand out to you both and have it split in half and half tattooed on each of you. Or if you both have a song together, each have a lyric running into the next.
Yeah definitely avoid names, maybe try to go for something that has subtle meaning for you both and doesn’t scream out “we’re too saps in love…”
Symbols or foreign language characters can be good.

…because you may find two designs that are not obviously linked but mean something to each of you.

I would suggest two matching tattoos, small but discreet
Like someone else said don’t get each others names, that is sure to “jinx” your relationship!
Try to avoid anything too “cheesy” as well
