I don’t think it’s henna,because henna doesn’t look like a real tattoo. And those fake tattoos in movies look like real,so what do they use?

My aunt is a special effects make-up artist and I asked her this a couple months ago.
She said they’ll do a stencil for the person, and use makeup and various non-permanent inks to make it look real.
Also, you can edit around it and fix it up when you are in the post-production of the movie.
Probably makeup.
