A tattoo is basically a scar with ink poisoning. As of yet I have not been able to remove my scars or tattoos with salt water (which I believe saline is) but from what I can gather it is not something you can do at home. It is basically piercing the skin, the same as they did to do the tat in the first place (minus the ink) and then covering it with a pad with saline on. Rinse and repeat. The only other Way I know of is laser treatment but I have never had to think about removing one. If you want a tattoo, get one you aren't going to regret. No names etc. As for price I cannot suggest the cheapest way of attempting to rid yourself of your body art as you do not give your location.
