I would say your biggest difficulty getting a tatto that young would be regret. You will not be what you are into at 16 when you are older. Unless its a family members name, that is a safe bet. They will stretch if you gain weight. Dont do it your too young they are not that cool.

I have a fair bit of ink, you sound unsure, don’t do it unless you are 100% into it because later you may not like it.
I wanted tats when I was 16, didn’t get any until I was 20, I think back at what I wanted to get when I was 16…glad I don’t have it permanently haunting my arm!!
Think long and hard before you do it. Yes they can stretch and the ink can run as well, need a good artist, talk to them about it.

If you get bigger and your arms get bigger than the tattoos shape would be deformed a little but not as deformed as wounded or pregnant peoples tattoos.
I suggest that you get your tattoo to somewhere that wont strech like your back or neck.
Btw what is your career goals,its is possible that they’ll be affectd,i’m going to be an attorney and i already know that i would lose some people because of my tattoos.**** prejudice.
