If I pierce my tongue on Friday, will it be noticeable that i have gotten it done the following Monday, lets say if i have to read a paragraph out in class? or will i manage to disguise it when only having to speak a little? thank you x

Aside from the possible bleeding to death issue, which I suspect is urban legend only, getting your tongue pierced by a professional is excellent advice. The placement, length and angle of the jewelry can make an enormous difference in how much swelling your new piercing will have. The piercer will also have wonderful advice for you on how to heal your piercing the best way and how to avoid further swelling.
If all the conditions are perfect, then, no, you may have no trouble speaking even on the first day.
yes it would be bc it will be a little sore still
the way you to talk and just about everything
the laugh you give off you knw a little different
so just give it a while after you get it pierced
dont stress it
and please dont pierce it yourself get it done profess its very easy to pierce your tongue in the wrong spot
From the first day I didn’t have a problem speaking differently with my tongue ring – however my friend had a definite issue with it when she got hers done.
It just depends on how fast you adjust and the amount of swelling you get.
GET IT DONE PROFESSIONALLY.
If you pierce it in the wrong spot, you can hit a nerve and bleed to death.
Get a clear tongue ring put in when you get it done.
I had mine done, Ive already got a bit of a lisp but it didn’t make it any worse.
I managed to eat a mcdonalds after too!!!
It may depend on the person but from my experience I’d say no.
