I removed a three week old septum piercing 2-3 weeks ago, and there are now bumps where the entry and exits holes used to be. Is this scar tissue, and is it normal?

I have a very small tattoo (smaller than a dime), and I am looking into maybe getting it removed for career purposes. It’s only a black outline on my wrist. I know that laser removals can be very painful and expensive, but would it really cost much to get it done on such a small, simple tattoo?

I would like to get rid of a tattoo I have because I found out it is gang related. I want to know if tattoo removal is affordable and possible. Please help if you know the answer.
