am i suppose to turn it? i know when i got my lobes done i was suppose to cause they told me to, but they didnt say anything about it today and i didnt think about asking

I have my right cartilage pierced at the top and I always wear a small diamond stud, would it look okay if I got my left cartilage pierced in the middle, or would it look weird and lop-sided having both pierced but in different places?

ive had my ear cartilage pierced for like 3 months now. and i haven’t had and infections or complications. but the area around the piercing is like wayyyy thicker feeling than the cartilage in my other ear. and i mean way thicker. its not visibly noticable but when you touch it you can tell and it doesnt hurt. will it be like that forever? and what is it?
