Okay, I got my eyebrow pierced 8 days ago, and it’s not swolen or tender like it was orginally, but it’s starting to flake around where the holes are, and it’s a little red right where the holes are. It’s strange, not painful, just odd. Any advice?

Yes it is normal it’s just trying to heal keep cleaning it 2x a day if you feel like it’s just super dry then put a little neosporin on it to help it heal and keep lubricated just make sure not to mess with it too much that’s where the redness comes from. good luck.
Make sure you are washing it more than once a day. Just wash it with antibacterial soap and it should heal.
see a dr!
That’s normal. Just keep cleaning it 2ce a day and hands off otherwise.
ask your doctor to check it out – why would u do that?
It’s normal. It’s healing. Think of when you fall and scrape your knee, it scabs up and flakes off… its itchy.. Same thing with your piercing. It’s healing around the hole.
that is normal for piercings. Just make sure you keep it clean and don’t play with it because that will make it more red.
i got my eyeball peirced by a arrow once, now it looks like a broken egg
It’s just your skin healing up. Are you soaking the piercing site in sea salt? Try that and it’ll stop the red inflammation and heal alot faster. What are you cleaning it with? Maybe your soap is too harsh also. You should be using a mild anti bacterial soap, preferably something reccommended by your piercing expert. Nothing like Dial OTC stuff like that.
It’s normal. But you may be cleaning it TOO much, which will cause it to dry it.
