They sell belly rings that are extremely long and flexible to accomodate your growing belly. I took mine out when I was around 4 months, when I started to pooch a little, just because my belly was getting larger and you could see the piercing through my shirt. It was much more comfortable!! The only time will be when you go into labor, you can't have jewelry of any kind anywhere in your body, because if they need to do an emercengy c-section or the like you can't have one.
