I don't have one, but you only need to take it out when it gets uncomfortable.

You never "have" to take it out. They sell belly rings that are extremely long and flexible to accomodate your growing belly. I took mine out when I was around 4 months, when I started to pooch a little, just because my belly was getting larger and you could see the piercing through my shirt. It was much more comfortable!! I'll include a link to some pregnancy belly rings, so you can get the idea of what I'm talking about.

i have had a belly ring since before my second pregnancy and i am 10 weeks along with my 3rd now. http://www.bodycandy.com/cgi-bin/categor…
they carry pregnancy belly ring so you don't have to take yours out at all. The only time will be when you go into labor, you can't have jewelry of any kind anywhere in your body, because if they need to do an emercengy c-section or the like you can't have one. If you don't like, can't afford, or don't want to wear a special preggo belly ring you should take it out as soon as it becomes uncomfortable for you to wear it.

I took mine out around the time I started to pop. I figured I didn't want it to stretch and tear and possibly get infected. I guess better safe than sorry. Never have gotten redone.
