		<description>If it is fully healed and there is no redness or inflammation around where the piercing was it should be fine to use the proactive then. The only way to know is to try it out!</description>

		<description>If the lip is healed and no hole exists, then you should be fine.  If you want to truly feel safe, check with your doctor, but I think you can start to use proactive again.</description>
