i got my lip pierced on wednesday, so far i’ve been using alcohol free mouthwash, and i’ve been spraying h20cean on it. But today i bought listerine antiseptic mouthwash, is that ok to use?
and i’ve heard people say to use sea salt and do soaks with it, how do you do that? because my lip piercing still hurts and I don’t feel like i’m doing this right

When doing warm sea salt soaks on the lip, you lip your head down and put the glass/bowl/shotglass against your mouth and hold/soak for about ten minutes. Then rinse off with fresh water.
Listerine is actually one of the best things to use. Just rinse with it regularly and honestly clean it double if you got somewhere grimy like a party, the sweating alone can cause an infection in the first 3 weeks if you don’t keep it nice.
