Question About A Wrist Piercing?

I want to get the underside of my wrist pierced with a barbell.
Everyone says it’s a stupid idea and I know it has a high risk for infection and I know it’s close to veins and I know it could catch on something.
I still want one.
Anyone ever had this done? Can you refer me to a place where I could get it done? (I live in NYC.)

    well like all peircings there is always a risk of getting infected but the peircing takes about 15 seconds to go all the way through i havent had mine done but my friend has and im also considering it but id say go for it as long as you clean it a lot

    i have NEVER heard of a wrist peircing before, but honestly it sounds really stupid.

    i never even knew you could get a wrist piercing… but these days i guess anything can happen.
