I removed a three week old septum piercing 2-3 weeks ago, and there are now bumps where the entry and exits holes used to be. Is this scar tissue, and is it normal?

you are correct, it’s scarring. you will need to treat it like it’s a new piercing (even though you took it out) to get them to go down and heal.
why do you get a piercing there anyway?
