I have several tattoos, and at one time had an ear pierced. But I don’t believe in body piercing. I know it’s a double standard, but I just don’t think that it’s attractive at all.
I don’t really know what to think about the issue of tatts when it comes to God. On one hand they are, by definition, a graven image. On the other hand I don’t think God really cares that much about it. I mean, after all he IS a forgiving God! Am I willing to push it? I got all of my ink done before I came to the church. Now, I just don’t know.
No, i don’t feel it’s wrong. I think, it change your style and makes a difference. There are millions of Tattoos fans all over the world.I too have permanent tattoo.

I also disagree with your grandmother. I like both. But there’s a big difference between them. Tattoo’s are cool but it’s just kind of strange when you have one when your 80 years old. :/ And tattoo removal is VERY painful I’ve heard. Piercing’s however, you can just have them taken out. My sister in law has had her tongue piercing removed a lot.
I hate needles so they’re not appealing to me at all. They look great on some people, but not all. I also believe that they will look horrid when they get old and wrinkled. Anything in moderation that is tasteful works for me.

I feel nothing. I do not and would never get a tattoo. I think it degrades your body. I did have my ears pierced. Only once.
