I have my belly button pierced and it hurt me for a second, but not too much and it was worth it. I’d say pain whilst having it done was like 6/10
does tragus hurt more than this?
also, what does it look like when it doesn’t have any jewellery in… cuz it’s like cartilage can u see the white stuff? :S

Well I have my tragus done on both sides, and I had my belly done twice.
And id safely safe having my bell done hurt twice as much.
You can’t see the white of the cartilage at all, its much like any other piercing.
Although when you get it done you may hear a bit of a
Little pop or a crunch noise, this is just the cartilage being penetrated.
It doesn’t look very different without jewelery in it, just a tiny little hole most like any other piercing.
On the pain scale out of 10
I would rate the tragus as a 4.
now way they tragus hurt way less then my belly button, probably a 2/10. seriously you’ll be fine its over really quick, you’ll hardly even remember what it felt like. when it doesn’t have jewelry in its just a dot, probably a little bigger then a lobe piercing but still hardly noticeable unless your looking for it.
I had both pierced and I don’t want to scare you but the tragus piercing hurt realllllllllly bad. I would never get it done again. It depends on your pain tolerance though.. mine might be fairly low. It closes up fairly quickly so I wouldn’t suggest wearing it without any jewelry in it. However when you want to take it out, it doesn’t leave a scar.. I can’t even find where mine was.
