I am wanting to go from a 10g to a 0 with my ear piercing. I was wondering which method would probably be the best and safest route to take, dermal punching or tapering my ears? Thanks.

I would say dermal punch, or alot of places do it with a scalpel nowadays.
Just make sure you’re 100% positive you want it done, cause going back to normal earlobes is going to cost alot of money and gross looking deformities later.
