I have my right cartilage pierced at the top and I always wear a small diamond stud, would it look okay if I got my left cartilage pierced in the middle, or would it look weird and lop-sided having both pierced but in different places?

I think it would look fine. I actually think it’s a little weird to have cartilage piercing match, like lobes.
It would look good. As long as they aren’t on the same place on each ear. That just doesn’t look good to me. But one in the middle, and one on top seems fine.
