Most people in the profession will tell you not to change your nose ring for six months. It is through cartilage and that takes a long time to heal (longer than say an ear lobe). It may look healed on the outside but it isn’t yet healed on the inside. Since things are going well keep doing what you are doing and listen to the instructions the person who pierced you gave you. Wait six months to change it! I had mine pierced and didn’t listen, it ended up getting infected like two months in and I ended up having to take it out. Good luck!
