I’ve had a lip piercing now for 3 years, after getting many infections the last month I’ve decided to take it out.
Here comes the maybe silly question:
In the healing proses (takes up to 8 weeks right?) will it be okay to french kiss and like give my boyfriend blow jobs? (He’s had a std test that came out negative so dnt worry bout those problems)
I do of course still clean it properly with salt & boiling water once a day.
Thanks & sorry for the silly question I didn’t rlly want to have to ask my piercer haha

I assume so.. I took mine out and never had any problems with doing stuff, but also mine was never infected.. If it doesn’t sting, I assume it’s fine!
Yer it should be fine, unless you still have an infection. If you do still have an infection i wouldn’t do it, not because he can catch it or anything just for hygiene reasons. Or if you do start to develop another infection then i’d say the same applies. But whilst the piercing is all clean and healing fine then yer that should definitely be fine to go along with
Like the other person said, aslong as you don’t still have the infection then yeah, and make sure you clean it as soon after as possible, it’s only really with tongue piercings than you should refrain from it while healing.
As long as you don’t have the infection it should be fine.
Hahaha and I can understand why you don’t want to ask your piercer.
I’m not sure but I don’t think you have to wait 8 weeks.. After a week you should be fine to do whatever.
