I’m under 18 and want to get my cartilage pierced.. If I go to Pins and Needles, do I need to bring a parent or is a stepparent okay, and also, what kind of ID/ all that stuff do I need to bring? Thank you.

You need to bring a parent and you need a picture id and possibly your birth certificate on top of the fact that they will need an id as well….but to make sure that you have everything you will need, call and ask them just so you don’t go all the way there just to be turned down.
