You just have to make sure they used a clean one. If it gets a little infected, just clean it with alcohol. But if it's really bothering you just go get it checked. I had my hole swell a little because I slept on it sleeping on the side. Besides that, there's really no problem. I like my piercing =P I got mine when a piercing gun as well.
