		<description>theyll make the hole larger most likely. but if you wanna do it yourself buy ear rings that barely fit, squeeze them in, then keep getting bigger ones until the loops fit</description>

		<description>Im kinda in the same situation... and from what i have read... It all depends on how much bigger the new earring is.
If you are going from a 20-22g piercing hole, than you can basically slip a 18g in without having to have it done by a proffesional.... 
Still I think you should just to make sure you dont cause any damage.
