You can include as much details as possible, you would be the one one to know about it.

A tattoo can include as much detail as you (or an artist) can draw with a fine point Sharpie. When the lines get too close, they can sometimes bleed together.

I think as big as your thumb would do the trick because not only its noticeable, you can also put lots of details into it. For me, its the details that count not size

I would say any smaller than a nickel and that would be too small. If your tattoo has alot of detail in it, then making it a little larger maybe the best idea. I would say get it right between the size of a quarter and a nickel.

The size and detail of your tattoo really depends on the artist and what he or she recomends. If you want a lot of detail, bigger is better as detail tends to blur and wash out the smaller you go. Best bed is to follow the recomendations of the tattoo artist.

Not much,
a bluebell sounds fine :) but if you want as much detail as a penny (same size too) then after like 3 years itll all smudge together and you won't be able to see it,
tattooing is like art on your skin, your body being the canvas, but at the same time your body isn't the same as a blank canvas, it changes overtime etc, but paintings don't
xx
