I know you aren’t supposed to have the part of the body where the tattoo is submerged in water for a certain amount of time. Its been over 2 weeks since I got my tattoo though.

Oh you MUST wait 9 days 4 hours 3 minutes and 43.5 seconds!
DUH!
Honestly, I’d wait 6 weeks for a pedi…..sry
i would wait until it is 100% completely healed. give it at least another week,if not 2.
I would wait until it is totally healed with no scabs or open skin. There are so many articles on the germs floating around in the nail salons, I wouldn’t chance it.
I got mine done on Feb. 14th, my artist told me to wait at least 2-3 weeks so that it was completely healed. Hope you love your as much as i love mine….Good Luck
Nail salons are some of the filthiest places on the planet – ANY open areas or recently open areas should not be subjected to these places. Go for a polish change and filing if you have to but NO foot soaks for at least 6 weeks.
Do you know how much bacteria are in those water jets? While I am at it – never shave right before going for a pedicure, either. There are micro-injuries to the skin from shaving even if you don’t cut yourself.
