		<description>it doesn&#039;t work, it usually is applied 20m before but I wouldn&#039;t bother wasting ur time, it will have worn off before your tat is finished and quite a few tatttooists wont tat you if you&#039;ve used it first.</description>

Chances are if it is a larger piece the effect will wear off before your done and then the pain will feel even worse. Just do it the old fashioned way. Your body&#039;s natural pain killers will kick in afters a few minutes and you be fine. You survived the others ones and you will survive this next one. Besides the calf isn&#039;t bad at all.</description>
