i have a tattoo on the side of my calve that has yellow in it. i've had it for about 4 1/2 years and it still hasn't faded. i'm sure it will eventually but as long as you take care of it and put lotion on it everyday to help keep it fresh, it should last a long time.

Well, I don't have a yellow ink tattoo yet, but I can tell you that it will fade with time, like all tattoos do, and depending on your skin tone/color, it may or may not be noticeable. I'm assuming you're either white or hispanic, so chances are it won't exactly pop out.

Depending on where the tattoo is and what brand of ink is used.....
I have quite a bit of yellow in flames and a dragon on my inner / upper arm... not much sun at all..and it is Starbrite brand ink tattoed by a very experienced artist. It hasnt faded at all ( noticably ).

I don't have yellow ink, but my husband does, and it's faded. He's had it for at least 3 years, but just remember that all color fades, even the black, it's just the lighter colors fade more because they have less pigmentation to them.
