You have to be VERY careful when you put the needle in because if you get it crooked, it will look terrible! This sounds gross but when you place your fingers just on the inside of your nose and grip the septum, make sure you put the ring in the dented in place (between the tip and the cartilage). You could seriously eff up your nose. I'm holding off on the lip front myself. Maybe you should study up on important things in your nose to see if there is any risk of damaging veins or whatnot.
