You shouldn't change it for at least another month! However it won't close right away as in within 2 minutes, but you don't want to be leaving it without anything in! If you really really must change the ring so soon then boil some water and immerse the new ring in the boiled water for at least 5 minutes, wash your hands thoroughly then undo your current ring, remove the ring from your belly button and put to one side, remove the new ring from the boiled water and put straight into the hole!!
