first, you need to create a portfolio. put all your art work in there.. such i use a sturdy binder..and i put my artwork in plastic sleeves so they do not get ruined.
also if you have just black and white's make a copy of it.. shade it more where the shade is light, and color it in. they would like to see how you shade and color. make sure you have a wide selection of your art work..like dont just have all of one type of field.. such just all flames or dragons. make sure you put animals, designs, people..and such..
find a tattoo shop where they are good and good teachers..
keep in mind that this is pretty much is like college, cept it usually takes a year or so. but here in the usa.. it usually costs somewhere between 2,000$ plus(that's american, dont know how the currency works out)
and hopefully they will like your art work.. plus they WILL cretique you..so absorb it in!!!! this is helpful information and if they want you to work on your stuff more do it!!!
peircing, well you can tell them that you want to do that too. but pretty much if you get into the apprentice part..you can just follow with that.. thats not that hard..
but other than that good luck!!!
