No, don't take it out. What they mean is you clean around it. Like if you are using a salt spray you just spray it onto the piercing with the nose ring still in. The bleeding should stop soon though

Don't take it out. Use dial soap (any kind of soap will do) and warm water and clean around it. then, kinda twist it around a bit to get any crusties that may have formed loosened up. The bleeding, it should stop soon. Mine bled for a couple of days when i got it done. Just remember, don't take it out!!!!!

For fresh piercings, you don't take the jewelry out to do sea salt soaks [SSS]. Nor do you HAVE to do SSS, but it's the only method I recommend for everyone [I have seven piercings and have used SSS to heal all of them successfully].
Sea salt soaks are the way to go with cleaning piercings because they draw out lymph and impurities [which also gets rid of and prevents infection]. The salt, when the right amount is used, matches up with your own body's pH pretty closely, so acts as a kind of osmosis. "Piercing cleaning solution", rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, and antibiotic sprays and ointments cannot do that. And you should avoid using all of those things. The cleaning solutions they give out at stores like Claire's is just crap and a waste of money, rubbing alcohol/hydrogen peroxide/things like Bactine are all too harsh and kill new skin cells, and things like Neosporin won't allow piercings to breathe and create a breeding ground for bacteria.

DON'T take it out. This will cause infection! Try using saline solution to clean it, it usually doesn't dry it out as much and heals quicker! Bleeding is normal, this could last for a few days. Most important NO touching your fingers directly to the piercing! Good Luck
